Shipping policy
Under normal circumstances every order received (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched within 48 hours (week days) assuming the stock is available. In the case of stock not being available we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements
Standard Delivery - This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by EVRI, DPD or another courier service. Once dispatched, ordered goods will usually arrive within 2-5 working days for most of the UK mainland.
A Tracking Number and link will be sent upon dispatch to the email provided, where you can follow the parcels journey to your delivery address.

How do I select the free delivery option?
You can choose your delivery options in your shopping basket and apply the qualifying code.
Will I automatically get free delivery on my order?
No - you need to select it from the checkout screen IF AVAILABLE
Will I receive my order any sooner if I pay for delivery?
- Yes - we process orders where priority despatch has been paid for first.
- If you have paid for 2 - 5 days despatch, we will despatch the items we have in stock straight away with the remainder going onto back order. These items are despatched when they have all come into stock or after a week, whichever is sooner.
- If you select the free delivery option, we will despatch all your items together when they are all in stock. If we are still waiting for items after a week, we will despatch the ones we do have
What if I want some items really quickly?

What happens if an item in my order is delayed?
- We will wait for 5 days, then send the items we do have in stock. The remaining items will go onto back order.
- Items on back order will be despatched as soon as they arrive with no delivery charge
International Courier Delivery
Just Wales offers courier delivery to international customers allowing orders to be fully traceable. The price of this service is dependent on the delivery country or region.
If your order qualifies for the courier service you will be shown this as a delivery option in the Basket and Checkout pages. Here you can select which delivery method you would like.
If you select to upgrade to the traceable courier service we will send you an email with details on how to track your order once your order has been placed.
If our flat rate international rates look a little high to you, please contact us and we shall do everything we can to find the cheapest solution available. We will happily help our customers and don't actively seek to overcharge on International postage.
